Prakash

My name is Prakash, and Indian national born in July 1963. I am 53 years old. I am a Mechanical Engineer by qualification and an oilfield professional of 30 years experience. My long stint in industry has taken me to many countries like Myanmar, Middle East, West Africa, Europe and Far East. I have also travelled to many other countries. Such wide travel has made me familiar with and respect various cultures.
I have a passion for teaching Physics to school students at stage when they need it the most. Till now I have taught students on amateur basis with wonderful results. Now I intend to pursue this hobby on a serious note.
Methodology
I believe in making student do some hard work of thinking, reasoning and building up the structure of knowledge. The teaching will consist of several questions urging student to build up reasoning and concepts. In case a student lacks basics of lower classes, then effort will be made to build a good foundation. The interaction will make the student feel friendly with the subject and related fields.
The language of teaching will only be English. I can speak Hindi too but it will not help much in discussing the subject. Interaction will be through Skype or some other messenger.
I wish to make the interaction flexible and prospective student can opt for package covering specific topics.

Availability: For next three months, I am following time of Washington DC which is 5 hours behind GMT.

Experience: I have been teaching students of Indian standards XI & XII for last 25 years on amateur basis. I have acieved wonderful results. Now I intend to pursue this passion on a professional basis and benefit motivated students.
