Experience: Responsible for monthly close as well as maintainence of all accounting including monthly review of account reconcilation and journal entries in tally of a start up NEXCONNECT incubated by IIM INNOVATION PARK

- Preparation of financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet as well as year end financial reports of NexConnect

- Responsible for all accounting activitties compliance with statutory requirements such as P.Tax, Income Tax along with working with external auditor during reviews and audit
- Maintain day to day books of Accounts in tally
- Maintain Bank Reconcilation Statement and Reconcilation of debtors and creditors In tally
- Maintain journal entry on sale and purchase invoice

- Preparing Board Report , Audit Report of Amrit Merchants Private Ltd. Along with
- different group companies like Goel Alloy & Steel Pvt. Ltd., Champion paints etc and some works of Export documentation

- Filing Income tax returns and other statutory compliance of different companies indiviuals and HUF.

- Handling Statutory audit of banks, companies etc as a Team Member

- Finalisation of Financial statements and preparation of audit reports of different companies, HUF etc.
