I am very engaging and capable enough to hold the attention of students in all kinds of discussions.I try to establish clear objectives for each lesson in order to meet those specific objectives during each class.I would say that I have effective discipline skills that can promote positive behaviors and change in the classroom.I make sure that I have thorough knowledge of the school`s curriculum and other standards.Apart from understanding individual student I also Keep high expectations from my students and encourage everyone to always work at their best level.
