I believe in practical training.Before the training there will be an evaluation conducted to understand the requirement.The training will be conducted on individual bases at tutor`s place or students place.Impart Online training too.

Availability: I am flexible in coordinating with my students.My working hours are 11am-9pm (Monday to Saturday)

Experience: Overall experience of 16 years.Worked for top contact centres of Mumbai like Internet,
J P Morgan Chase,3 Global services.Also includes working as Voice Accent training in renowned institute.Worked with BM English Institute as trainer then promoted to Sales & Training.Freelancing since last 4 years.
